Please make your reservation through the Gaylord Texan™ by 5:00 p.m. (CDT) May 28, 2008.* Just call 866-782-7897 (817-778-1000 outside the U.S.) and tell them you are with EASA. You may also reserve your room by mail or fax using the official housing form.

What to Wear
The average high temperature in Dallas/Grapevine in June is 92° F (33° C), and the average low is 70° F (21°C). All convention sessions will be in an air-conditioned environ-ment; dressing in layers is suggested. Except for the Un-Banquet: EASA’s Diamond Celebration on Sunday, recommended attire is business casual, including the Chairman’s Party at the EASA Lounge on Tuesday. For the Un-Banquet on Sunday, choose from dressy casual to jacket-and-tie for men; and dressy casual to dinner dresses for women.
