Full Business Program (Best Value)
Includes Early Bird Education Sessions (Saturday afternoon), all education sessions and exhibits (Sunday - Tuesday), and seven meal functions/social events: Kickoff Breakfast, Networking Lunch, Un-Banquet (Sunday); Exhibit Hall Box Lunch (Monday); and Breakfast & Business Meeting, Networking Luncheon & Speaker, and Chairman’s Party at the EASA Lounge (Tuesday). Full Business registrants are eligible for the Exhibit Door Prize Drawings on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Spouse/Guest Program (Best Value)
Includes all education sessions and exhibits, a special session called “Innovate by Simplifying Your Life and Time” on Sunday, tours on Monday and Tuesday, and several meal functions/social events: Kickoff Breakfast, Networking Lunch, Un-Banquet (Sunday); lunch with any of the tour options on Monday; lunch with one of the tour options on Tuesday, and Chairman’s Party at the EASA Lounge (Tuesday). Spouse/Guest registrants are also eligible for the Exhibit Door Prize Drawings on Sunday. You must choose your preferred tour options for Monday and Tuesday in advance. Some tours are limited; selection is first-come, first-served.

Youth/Teen Program
Includes Youth/Teen Center activities, supervision and tours on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Also includes nine meals/snacks: breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks (Sunday); lunch (Monday); and breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks (Tuesday). Note: Bring the kids! Ages 5-17 are now eligible for the Youth/Teen Program.

Flexible Business Registration Options

Weekend Package
Includes Early Bird Education Sessions on Saturday afternoon and the Kickoff Breakfast, education sessions, Networking Lunch and exhibits on Sunday. The Weekend Package does not include the Un-Banquet on Sunday evening, and registrants are not eligible for Exhibit Door Prize Drawings.

One-Day Pass
Includes all sessions (Monday or Tuesday) and exhibits (Monday or Tuesday). The One-Day Pass does not include any meals or social functions, and registrants are not eligible for Exhibit Door Prize Drawings.

Exhibition Only
Includes the exhibits on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The Exhibition Only ticket does not include any meals or social functions, and registrants are not eligible for Exhibit Door Prize Drawings.

Special Notes
• Register and reserve your room early: some tours and activities are limited, and rooms will go quickly.
• Exhibitors must request name badges and register ONLINE, or by using the separate Exhibitor Registration Form (pdf). Exhibitor registration includes conference sessions and exhibits. (If you have questions, please contact Dale Shuter at EASA Headquarters).
