Preparing for What the “New Future” Might Bring

The only constant is change. The State of the EASA Industry study explored this topic with end-user customers, especially regarding future outsourcing of maintenance services. This session will review these findings and offer the perspective of motor manufacturers. It also will discuss two critical forces that will shape the future of our industry, as well as contingency-planning ideas for addressing them. Key topics will include:
• What types of services will end-users outsource in the future?
• How will end-users view of the repair vs. replace decision change?
• Can EASAns gain a larger share of the pie (and will the pie be smaller or larger)?
• What should EASAns watch for in predicting their future?
• Do motor manufacturers see a brighter future for EASAns?
• What can you do today to better prepare for the future?

You can discuss this further with your colleagues at the open networking luncheon that follows this session!
