Travel Discounts

Two airports serve The Gaylord Texan™ Resort & Convention Center. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is about 10 minutes from the Gaylord Texan™, and Dallas Love Field (DAL) is about 40-45 minutes away.

SuperShuttle

Don’t mind sharing a ride? SuperShuttle is an easy, low-cost option that serves both airports and the Gaylord Texan™. The discounted, one-way fare is $10 per person from Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and $17 from Dallas Love Field (DAL). Use the “SPECIAL RATE” coupon enclosed with your registration confirmation, or download and print the discount coupon. Then follow these simple instructions.

From Dallas Fort Worth International Airport–no reservations necessary
1. Claim your luggage.
2. Locate the Ground Transportation Information Board in the baggage claim area and dial “SuperShuttle.” Then proceed to the “Shared Ride” area (upper level) and look for the orange “SuperShuttle” signs.
3. Tell the Guest Service agent/driver that you are staying at the Gaylord Texan™ and show your “SPECIAL RATE” coupon.

From Dallas Love Field Airport–prepaid reservations required
1. Make reservations in advance by calling SuperShuttle at 800-258-3826 or by going to www.supershuttle.com. Use Group Code XU6DZ. Be sure to bring your confirmation number with you.
2. Upon arrival at Dallas Love Field, dial “SuperShuttle” from the Information Board at the base of the escalator. Be sure to have your confirmation number available.
3. Claim your luggage and proceed to the shuttle loading area outside.
4. Board only a blue-and-yellow shuttle that clearly reads “SuperShuttle” on the side. SuperShuttle does not use any other vans, and will not send any other of type van for you.

From the Gaylord Texan™
SuperShuttle to DFW Airport departs on the hour and every 20 minutes between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Dallas Love Field departures are on the hour only. Please allow 60 minutes travel time to Love Field. Reservations are not required for either airport. Taxi and Limo Services

Taxis are available at both airports. The cost is $25-35 from Dallas Fort Worth, and $45-50 from Dallas Love Field.

The Gaylord Texan™ also offers VIP transportation services from both airports using black Chevrolet Suburbans. A uniformed driver will meet you at the baggage claim, assist you with luggage, and drive you to the front door of the Gaylord Texan™. The cost is $50 from Dallas Fort Worth and $55 from Dallas Love Field. Return trips to Dallas Fort Worth are $35 for walk-up service and $45 with a reservation.
