The hotel is divided into four unique areas: St. Augstine, Key West, Everglades and The Emerald Bay.

St. Augstine: Recreates the splendor of historic Florida. The charm of the oldest city in the Americas is carried out through exquisite detail to grand guest rooms.

You can get a significant discount on registration fees if you make your hotel reservations in EASA’s room block at the Gaylord Palms® Resort & Convention Center.

You can visit the Gaylord Palms™ Resort & Convention Center's online reservation system, where you can book your rooms now for the EASA 2010 Convention.

Or if you prefer, you may download, print and fax the housing reservation form to the Gaylord Palms reservation department.

After June 2, EASA’s special rates and rooms at the Gaylord Palms® may not be available.

The room rates include a $15 daily resort fee, for which you receive:

  • Wireless Internet access in your room and public areas of the hotel
  • Fitness center access
  • 2 bottles of water per day, per guest room
  • Daily newspaper
  • Local telephone calls (1st 20 minutes per call)
  • Complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World Theme Parks

*$15 extra for each additional person in the room unless under 18.

Parking rates

Parking at the Gaylord Palms is $12 per day for self parking, and $20 per day for valet. For Gaylord Palms guests, this includes in/out privileges.
