2010 EASA Convention and Exposition

June 27-29, 2010  •  Orlando, Florida

Sun-drenched and spectacular, Gaylord Palms Resort® and Convention Center brings excitement to life through world-class restaurants, dynamic on-site recreation, and breathtakingly beautiful gardens under glass. Signature atriums, tropical and lush, recreate three Florida environments, immersing you in the sights and sounds that make the Sunshine State a top vacation destination. From the gently rising mists of the Everglades, to the funky and vibrant island revelry of Key West, to the Spanish-infused, old-world charm of St. Augustine, you'll delight in these unique Florida-themed settings.

The hotel itself was built in the sumptuous style and grandeur of a turn-of-the-century Florida mansion, but with the modern amenities and deluxe accommodations of a world-renowned luxury hotel.

Located just 1.5 miles from the front gate of Walt Disney World® and in close proximity to other Orlando theme parks, Gaylord Palms® is just 20 minutes from Orlando International airport.

This luxurious hotel boasts 1,406 stylish guest rooms, including 115 spectacular suites. Every room features high-speed wireless Internet access and two phones, including one cordless. You'll enjoy the private oasis of your large bath area. You can even charge your laptop in the in-room safe while you're away. Within this lush landscape you'll discover fine dining and casual restaurants, unique shopping experiences, and the 20,000-square-foot Relâche Spa and fitness center.

The hotel is divided into four unique areas: St. Augstine, Key West, Everglades and The Emerald Bay.

St. Augstine: Recreates the splendor of historic Florida. The charm of the oldest city in the Americas is carried out through exquisite detail to grand guest rooms.

Key West: The resort has brought the tropics indoors in the festive, free spirit of the islands. Guests can stroll along the wharf as they step to the beat of a steel drum and marvel at the 60-foot sailboat complete with an onboard seafood bar and lounge.

Everglades: This area's lush atmosphere comes to life under the Gaylord's signature glass dome. Guests can stroll up a rugged wooden walkway over swamps and bogs while fog beckons them. Frog songs and the flash of lightning bugs greet them as they cross through majestic cypress trees.

The Emerald Bay: Featuring stunning Spanish Renaissance architecture, it is set apart from the rest of the hotel creating a world unto itself.
