Full registration options
Full Business Program
Includes Early Bird Education Sessions (Saturday afternoon), all education sessions and exhibits (Sunday - Tuesday), and several meals/social events: Kickoff Breakfast, “Unstructured” Networking Lunch and THE Event (Sunday); Exhibit Hall Lunch Voucher (Monday); and Breakfast & Business Meeting, Networking Luncheon & Speaker, and Chairman’s Party at the EASA Lounge (Tuesday). Full Business registrants are eligible for the exhibit door prize drawings on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Full Spouse/Guest Program
Includes all education sessions and exhibits, a special spouse/guest education session on Sunday and tours on Monday and Tuesday. Also includes several meals/social events: Kickoff Breakfast, “Unstructured” Networking Lunch and THE Event (Sunday); lunch with one of the tour options on Monday; and the Chairman’s Party at the EASA Lounge (Tuesday). Spouse/Guest registrants are also eligible for the exhibit door prize drawings on Sunday. You must choose your preferred tour options for Monday and Tuesday in advance. Some tours are limited; selection is first-come, first-served.
Youth/Teen Tour/Activities (Now for Ages 5-17)
Includes Youth/Teen Center activities and supervision on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday evenings, plus an all-day tour to Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park and all meals on Sunday. Snacks also will be served in the Youth/Teen Center on Saturday evening, and dinner will be provided on Tuesday evening. This leaves Monday and Tuesday open for you to enjoy Disney’s parks and other Orlando attractions with your family.
Note: Bring the kids! Ages 5-17 are eligible for the Youth/Teen Tour/Activities.
Flexible registration options
Weekend Package
Includes Early Bird Education Sessions on Saturday afternoon and the Kickoff Breakfast, education sessions, “Unstructured” Networking Lunch and exhibits on Sunday.
The Weekend Package does not include THE Event on Sunday evening, and registrants are not eligible for exhibit door prize drawings.
Spouse/Guest Social Package
Includes the Kickoff Breakfast, “Unstructured” Networking Lunch, a special spouse/guest education session, exhibits and THE Event on Sunday, and the Chairman’s Party at the EASA Lounge on Tuesday.
This package does not include conference education sessions or exhibit door prize drawings.
Note: Tickets to Disney World, Sea World & Universal Studios theme parks are available at a discount through EASA’s official tour company, Convention Planning Services (CPS). The Gaylord Palms® offers complimentary shuttles to and from Disney’s parks; transportation to other attractions is available for a fee.
One-Day Pass
Includes all sessions (Monday or Tuesday) and exhibits (Monday or Tuesday).
The One-Day Pass does not include any meals or social functions, and registrants are not eligible for exhibit door prize drawings.
Exhibition Only
Includes the exhibits on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
The Exhibition Only ticket does not include any education sessions, meals or social functions, and registrants are not eligible for exhibit door prize drawings.
Registration policies
Only registered individuals and those who have purchased passes or separate tickets may attend convention events. Children, spouses and guests of registrants need not register to share hotel accommodations, but must register or buy separate tickets (on site, if available) if they wish to have name badges and attend convention events. (Note: Exhibitors must register and request badges for booth personnel using the Exhibitor Registration Form. Exhibitor badges will admit exhibitor personnel to education sessions and exhibits but are not eligible for exhibit door prize drawings.)
Payment
Payment by check or credit card MUST accompany registration form to receive early registration discount. If paying by credit card, be sure to include the security code. All registration fees must be paid in U.S. funds.
Cancellation
Except as noted, full refunds, less a $75 (U.S.) service charge, will be granted for cancellations received in writing at EASA by the close of business on June 11, 2010. No refunds will be given after this date. No refunds will be made on One-day Passes, Weekend Packages, Exhibition Only tickets or for “no-shows.” A registered attendee who cannot attend may provide a substitute from within his/her company without incurring additional charges. Refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the convention.
Exhibitor badges and registration
Exhibitors must register and request badges for their booth personnel using the Exhibitor Registration Form. Exhibitor badges will admit exhibitor personnel to EASA education sessions and exhibits. Exhibitors are not eligible for Exhibit Door Prize Drawings unless they buy a Full Business registration.
