Full registration options

Full Business Program

This program includes:

  • Early Bird Education Sessions (Saturday)
  • All education sessions and all exhibit showings (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday)
  • Several meals/social events: Kickoff Breakfast, Networking Lunch and THE Event (Sunday), Exhibit Hall Lunch Voucher (Monday); and Breakfast & Business Meeting, Networking Luncheon & Speaker, and Chairman's Party at the EASA Lounge (Tuesday)
  • Full Business registrants are eligible for exhibit door prize drawings (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday)

Full Spouse/Guest Program

This program includes:

  • All education sessions, including "The Fine Art of Small Talk" (Sunday)
  • All exhibit showings
  • Tours on Monday and Tuesday. You must choose your preferred tour options for Monday and Tuesday in advance. Some tours are limited; selection is first-come, first-served
  • Also includes several meals/social events: Kickoff Breakfast, Networking Lunch and THE Event (Sunday); and the Chairman's Party at the EASA Lounge (Tuesday)
  • Spouse/Guest registrants are also eligible for the exhibit door prize drawings (Sunday)

Unfortunately, due to a lack of interest, the Youth/Teen program has been canceled. If you will require babysitting services, please contact your hotel's concierge for assistance in securing bonded childcare providers.

Flexible registration options

Weekend Package

This package includes:

  • Early Bird Education Sessions (Saturday)
  • The Kickoff Breakfast (Sunday)
  • Education sessions (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Networking Lunch (Sunday)
  • Exhibits (Sunday)
  • Exhibit door prize drawings (Sunday)

The Weekend Package does not include THE Event on Sunday evening.

Education & Exhibits Package

This package includes:

  • Early Bird Education Sessions (Saturday)
  • All education sessions (Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday)
  • Exhibit showings (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday)
  • Exhibit door prize drawings (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday)

This package does not include any meals or social functions.

Spouse/Guest Social Package

This package includes:

  • The Kickoff Breakfast (Sunday)
  • Education session entitled "The Fine Art of Small Talk" (Sunday)
  • Networking Lunch (Sunday)
  • Exhibit showing (Sunday)
  • THE Event (Sunday)
  • Chairman's Party at the EASA Lounge (Tuesday)

This package does not include regular conference education sessions or exhibit door prize drawings.

Exhibition Only Ticket

Includes all exhibit showings (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday).

This ticket does not include any education sessions, meals, social functions or exhibit door prize drawings.

Pricing for attendees

Save $200 on each Full Business or Spouse/Guest registration
Save $75 on each Weekend Package, Education & Exhibits Package or Spouse/Guest Social Package

Registration policies

Only registered individuals and those with separate tickets may attend convention events. Children, spouses and guests of registrants need not register to share hotel accommodations, but must register or buy separate tickets (on site, if available) to obtain name badges and attend convention events.

Exhibitors
Exhibitors must register and request badges for booth personnel using the Exhibitor Registration Form. Exhibitor badges will admit exhibitors to education sessions and exhibits.  Exhibitors are not eligible for exhibit door prize drawings unless they buy a Full Business registration.

Payment
Payment by check or credit card MUST accompany registration form to receive either the “Early Bird” or “Advance Registration” discount. If paying by credit card, be sure to include the security code. All registration fees must be paid in US funds.

Cancellation
Except as noted, full refunds, less a $75 (US) service charge, will be granted for cancellations received in writing at EASA by the close of business on June 10, 2011. No cancellations will be accepted after this date. No refunds will be made on Weekend Packages, Education & Exhibits Packages, Exhibition Only tickets or for “no-shows.” A registered attendee who cannot attend may provide a substitute from within his/her company without incurring additional charges. Refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the convention.

Reserve your room early
After June 3, EASA’s special rates and rooms at the official convention hotels may not be available.

Be sure to stay with EASA

To hold a convention, EASA must guarantee that a certain number of sleeping rooms will be used. So by staying at one of EASA’s official convention hotels, you help us avoid costly hotel penalties and keep your convention costs down.

By staying in EASA’s hotel block, you may also be eligible for discounts on registration fees.

  • Save $200 on each Full Business or Spouse/Guest registration
  • Save $75 on each Weekend Package, Education & Exhibits Package or Spouse/Guest Social Package

To claim your discount, make your hotel reservations and submit your reservation acknowledgement number when you register for one of the convention packages.
