Join us for breakfast and ask questions regarding EASA’s Accreditation Program. On hand will be EASA Senior Technical Support Specialist Tom Bishop, P.E., and several of your fellow members who have completed the audit process successfully. A couple of EASA’s auditors also will be available.

EASA Service Centers and Regulatory Inspections

This presentation will first assist EASA members in preventing regulatory inspections and also prepare them if such an inspection should occur. Applicable to service centers in virtually all countries, the session will cover:

  • Understanding the primary reasons regulatory inspections occur
  • Methods to minimize the likelihood of a regulatory compliance inspection
  • Preparing your facility for an inspection
  • Developing a procedure to implement if a regulator shows up
  • Do’s and Don’ts during a regulatory inspection

Open Technical Forum 

Bring your toughest technical questions and learn from EASA’s engineering team and your colleagues during this informal discussion. Many members say Open Technical Forums are among the best sessions they’ve ever attended!

Vital Planning Regimens for Sales Professionals: Part 1

This practical session will address the requirements for six vital sales regimens. Attendees will develop their own detailed prescription for each, including details of specific actions and intervals (per day, week or other period):

  • Reporting actions: week/month ahead planning and call reporting
  • Prospecting new or penetrating existing accounts
  • Evaluation of territory/accounts–periodic and ongoing A-Z evaluation
  • List, group, and prioritize accounts
  • Formal account strategic planning for key accounts
  • Pre-call tactical planning for each sales call

As a sales professional, individually defining, owning, and executing these regimens will result in long-term success. Documenting them during the workshop will ensure implementation and sustainability.

Regulatory Changes and Top 10 Safety Issues Facing the Service Center

This presentation will update EASA members on regulatory changes over the past year and discuss the top 10 safety issues facing the service center from a liability perspective. This session will cover:

  • Changes to U.S., Canadian, and European regulations over the past year
  • Upcoming changes that will impact EASA service centers
  • Top 10 most often cited violations by regulators
  • How to avoid those top 10 citations
  • Legal issues associated with safety that will affect the EASA member
