Airline discounts
Special meeting fares for EASA attendees have been arranged with American, Delta and Northwest Airlines.
With American you will receive 5% off discounted fares. Zone fares are also available. Taking advantage of these special fares is easy. Simply call (or have your travel agent call) 800-433-1790 and refer to Authorization Code A3360AK. You can also make your reservations online at www.aa.com (enter the authorization code in the reservations screen).
Delta and Northwest are offering 5% off discounted fares from non-hub cities, and 2% off discounted fares from hub cities. For domestic travel, call (or have your travel agent call) 800-532-4777. For international travel, call 800-337-4777. Use File Number NY29P.
Ground transportation
Orlando is served by Orlando International Airport, which is 20-30 minutes from the Gaylord Palms® Resort & Convention Center.
Transportation to many of Orlando's attractions is available — several destinations of which are free (Download the schedule and price sheet).
Town Car
To make reservations, call the Concierge at the Gaylord Palms® (407-586-2236) or visit www.mearstransportation.com. The fare is $73 from Orlando International Airport to the Gaylord Palms®, and $58 from the Gaylord Palms® to Orlando International Airport.
Mears Shuttle
Shared shuttle service is available to/from the Gaylord Palms®. The round-trip fare is $33 for adults ($20 one-way) and $26 for children ($16 one-way). A $4 discount coupon will be mailed to you with your confirmation or you may download and print a copy. You may also make reservations online.
For reservations, call 407-423-5566. (Note: Wait time at the airport averages 30 minutes. You must have a reservation for your return trip to the airport.)
When you arrive at the main terminal, go past the security area and take the escalator or elevator down to the baggage claim area on Level 2. After claiming your luggage, disregard the Mears location on Level 2 and take the escalator or elevator down to the Mears Motor Shuttle service counter on Level 1 (inside the building behind the bottom of the escalator and directly across from the elevators).
When you present your online ticket confirmation to the Mears representative on Level 1, you will receive a shuttle pass and directions to the staging area outside. A Mears representative on the commercial vehicle curb will then direct you to the appropriate motor coach or shuttle van. The driver will load your luggage and take you to the Gaylord Palms®.
For the return trip, shuttles depart the Gaylord Palms® from the Transportation Lobby (inside the hotel lobby).
Taxis
Taxi fare from the airport to the Gaylord Palms® is about $50.
Rental car

Parking rates at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center
Parking at the Gaylord Palms is $12 per day for self parking, and $20 per day for valet. For Gaylord Palms guests, this includes in/out privileges.
