Registration and payment must be received by Friday, June 18, 2010.

Ticket delivery

You may pick up attraction tickets at the CPS Tour Desk (Gaylord Palms® Convention Center, Exhibit Level) or have them delivered via Priority Mail for an extra $13 (if you order at least two weeks before the convention begins).

Tickets for Kennedy Space Center must be picked up at the CPS Tour Desk; they will not be mailed.

The CPS Tour Desk will be open from 2:00 - 5:00 pm on Friday, June 25, and from 7:30 - 8:30 am on Saturday, June 26.

Tour departure/transportation to attractions

The Kennedy Space Center tour will depart from and return to the Gaylord Palms® Transportation Lobby (in the hotel lobby); please arrive 10 minutes early. The Gaylord Palms® offers complimentary transportation to/from Disney; check with the Concierge (407-586-2236) for the exact schedule. Transportation to Universal Orlando and SeaWorld® can be arranged for a fee; contact the Concierge for details.

Cancellations & refunds

Attraction tickets are non-refundable.

Attendee cancellation of the Optional Kennedy Space Center Tour must be made in writing prior to Friday, June 18, 2010 (a $5.00 cancellation fee will apply).

CPS reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants required to operate it is not met. If the tour is cancelled or sold out, participants will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.

CPS will take reasonable steps to provide persons with disabilities the opportunity to participate in tours offered at EASA’s convention.
