The 2011 Region 4 Spring meeting will be held aboard the Carnival Triumph departing from New Orleans, LA on April 2, 2011 for 5 nights of fun, food, entertainment, networking, meetings and friendship.

There is NO registration fees for this meeting as lodging, meals and entertainment will be included on the ship. You will need to provide your own transportation to New Orleans, LA and transfers to and from the ship. Contact Linda McLaughlin for assistance with air travel and/or transfers.

This meeting is open to any EASA member, guest or vendor from Region 4 and all other EASA regions and chapters.

• Inside stateroom: $559.67 per person, double occupancy
• Ocean view: $609.67 per person, double occupancy
• Balcony: $738.67 per person, double occupancy

These prices include all port charges, taxes and optional trip insurance and prepaid gratuities. Prices are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.

The payments are:

• Aug. 3, 2010: $25 per person deposit due
• Dec. 3, 2010: $200 per person due
• Feb. 1, 2011: Remaining balance due

A passport is required for each person.
