About Registration
The registration fee includes lunch on full class days. Coffee/soda breaks will be provided each day, as will instructional materials. Travel, lodging and other expenses are the responsibility of attendees.

You may register online through EASA's secure server or print the registration form and mail or fax it to EASA with your payment. You may also register by telephone by calling EASA Headquarters at 314-993-2220.

To qualify for the early registration discount, your payment must be received the by the Discount Deadline for seminar you are attending.

Hotel Information
Contact hotels directly to make your room reservations. Be sure to mention that you're attending EASA's seminar to get EASA's low rates. No written confirmation of your reservation will be sent unless you specifically request it.

Hotels cannot guarantee room availability unless reservations are received by the discount deadline for each program.

Register Early
Save money by registering before the discount deadline for each program. And remember, registration is first-come, first served. Class-size is limited.

Save On Air Fare
Most programs are offered Friday - Saturday because many airlines offer substantial reductions when you stay over Saturday night. Ask your travel agent.

Please note that EASA reserves the right to cancel seminars if registration does not meet a minimum. If a seminar must be cancelled, EASA will notify you by phone or fax on or before the Discount Deadline for that program. To avoid airline cancellation fees, you may wish to wait until after the Discount Deadline to make airline reservations.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds for seminar cancellations will be made only if requested from EASA Headquarters no later than 60 days after the close of the seminar. Charges for seminar cancellations will be made on the following basis:
