Be sure to reserve your hotel room in the EASA room block BEFORE registering to avoid any penalties!

IMPORTANT: When reserving your hotel room(s), you may see a "Hotel Pending" option. "Hotel Pending" is used when a room reservation request cannot be immediately confirmed, but the probability of eventually confirming a reservation is high. EASA is currently working on obtaining additional hotel rooms in order to meet the high demand for reservations. Please make your reservation using the "Hotel Pending" option, and when asked for your confirmation number during the convention registration process, simply enter the words “Hotel Pending.”

*Registration policies
In an effort to avoid costly hotel penalties and keep registration fees low, EASA has instituted the following policy: save $200 USD on your Full Business and One Day registration fees by staying within the official EASA housing block–Marriott Waterside, Embassy Suites Downtown or Westin Harbour Island. The registration rates above already reflect the housing credit. The deadline to book hotel reservations is June 5, 2017. Full Business and One Day registrants who have not booked a hotel room in the official EASA housing block will be charged an additional $200 USD. If attendees book housing in the official EASA housing block and later cancel their reservation (but still attend), the additional $200 USD fee will be charged automatically. You must provide a confirmation number in order to save the $200. Please direct any questions on the policy to dshuter@easa.com.

Cancellation policies
EASA will grant full refunds, less a $75 (U.S.) service charge on Full Business and Spouse/Guest Package registrations with written cancellation notice received by 4:30 pm (CDT) on June 2, 2017. No cancellations will be accepted after June 2. No refunds will be made on One Day or Exhibits Only registrations or on separate tickets or “no-shows.” (If you can’t attend, you may substitute someone from your company at no additional charge.) Refunds will be processed no more than 2-3 weeks after the convention.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EXHIBITOR BADGES: All exhibitor badges are complimentary if individuals are staying in the official EASA hotels within the EASA block of rooms: Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown Convention Center, Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel or Westin Tampa Harbor Island. Otherwise, each company will receive two complimentary badges per 10’x10’ paid booth. Additional badges will be $300. All exhibitors must provide EASA with a confirmation number in order to receive a complimentary badge (over and above the allotted complimentary ones).
